By accessing or using the Spartan Pilot platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with prior notice to registered users.
Spartan Pilot is an organization and connection platform between Rise of Kingdoms players and pilots. The platform is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Lilith Games or Top Games Inc. Use of the platform is only permitted for users aged 18 or older, or with legal guardian consent.
Payments are made directly between clients and pilots, via external platforms chosen by the parties (PIX, Wise, Binance, PayPal or others). Spartan Pilot does not financially intermediate payments for traditional services and is not responsible for financial disputes between parties. We recommend using payment methods with buyer protection and auditable records.
It is strictly prohibited to: share false information about skills or services; commit fraud or scams against other users; use the platform for illegal activities; violate Rise of Kingdoms' Terms of Service in ways that harm other users; create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
In case of conflict between a client and a pilot, the platform offers a dispute system mediated by our administrative team. Administrator decisions are final within the scope of the platform. Financial disputes must be resolved by the parties or through appropriate consumer protection channels.
Spartan Pilot is not responsible for losses in game accounts, damage caused by pilots, service interruptions due to force majeure, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the platform. All services are provided by pilots independently.
The services available on this Platform involve activities on Rise of Kingdoms accounts. Some of these activities — including, but not limited to, credential sharing, assisted piloting, resource transfers, and operations on third-party accounts — may violate the Terms of Service of Lilith Games (the game developer). Any consequence applied by Lilith Games, including account bans, access blocks, progression loss, or character deletion, is the EXCLUSIVE responsibility of the user involved. Spartan Pilot is not liable for: • Bans applied by Lilith Games • Anti-trade measures implemented by the game • Account recoveries forced by automated mechanisms • Temporary or permanent blocks • Loss of commanders, equipment, resources, or other virtual assets By using any service on the Platform, you declare to be aware of and expressly assume these risks.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Registered users will be notified of significant changes.
